Vendor Code of Conduct and Additional Information
Table fee: (Prepay only)
Tables - $60.00ea (for the whole weekend that comes out to be $30.00 a day)
Tables are for the vendor and up to two helpers and includes the following:
- Electricity
- Chairs
- 8ft Table(s)
*Tables are a reservation and are non refundable.*
If you cancel for any reason we will not refund or credit you for your table(s).
You can sell or give your spot to another vendor but you are responsible for informing the expo of any changes.
Vendor General Information & Requirements
Rules and Regulations:
No native species.
No venomous animals other than tarantulas, spiders, bugs, some rear fanged reptiles.
Only animals legal to be sold in the state of Ohio.
Containers Required (Vendors are responsible for the containment of their animals).
Animals must be kept in CLEAN and appropriately sized containers, no crowding.
No parking lot sales. (You will be asked to leave and possibly banned from future events if caught)
All sales are between vendors and customers.
Vendors are required to maintain the cleanliness of their tables and area (this includes cleaning your area before you leave).
No sales of dogs & cats.
All vendors are expected to act in a professional manner. Failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion from the Expo. If you experience any problems, please consult the expo promoter.
If a vendor fails to follow the above rules, penalties may be assessed. Penalties may include fines, expulsion from the expo or a possible ban from future expos.
The building temperature will be set at 70 degrees.
Yes, you can leave your animals and setup overnight. There is patrolling security overnight but we are not responsible for your animals or property.

*We currently have a vendor with an exclusive on Dubia Roaches*
*No sales of any type of food, candy, or drinks for human consumption. (The fairgrounds have an exclusive vendor responsible for all food concessions.)
SETUP TIMES
Friday setup time: 12pm - 7pm
Saturday setup time: 8am to 10am (Doors open to the public at 11am )
Sunday setup time: 8am to 10am (Doors open to the public at 11am )
*Pick your table(s). (We are first come, first serve on picking your table(s) so it is best to get there early to pick the best spot out)
*After you set up, you don't need to tear down until Sunday night. There is overnight security patrolling the fairgrounds. No one will be allowed to reenter the building until next morning at 8am. (NO Exceptions)
*You must stay for both days. If an emergency occurs and you need to leave early, we would ask that you inform us before you leave if possible.
